Andrew’s Production

Real estate photography for agents in Vancouver, WA.

MLS-ready listing photos — interiors, exteriors, and the property from the air — for agents and brokerages across Vancouver, Clark County, and the Portland metro. Shot and edited by the same studio that makes the listing films, and booked on their own or together with a film.

01

What you get

A listing photo shoot covers the house inside, outside, and from the air, delivered ready for the MLS.

Interior photos

Every room that sells the home, composed straight — verticals vertical, windows not blown out — so each space reads true to size.

Exterior photos

The front elevation, the yard, and the details a buyer asks about, shot for the side of the house that has the light.

Aerial photos

The lot, the street, and the setting in one frame, from an FAA Part 107 certified drone pilot — the picture that answers “where is this?” before anyone asks.

Ready for the MLS

Edited and delivered ready to upload to the MLS and to use across the listing's marketing: your site, social, and print.

With a listing film

Book photos and a film together and both come from the same studio, edited to one look — the gallery and the film read as the same listing.

02

Photos and video

One studio for the photos and the film.

Most listings need both: photos for the MLS gallery and a film for social and the listing page. Booking them from one studio changes three things.

One booking

One call, one date to arrange with the seller, one invoice — instead of coordinating a photographer and a videographer around each other.

One look

The MLS gallery, the listing film, and the vertical cuts for social are edited by the same hands, so the colour and style hold from one to the next.

Grows with the listing

Start with photos and add a film, AI video staging for a vacant home, or a twilight return later, from a studio that already knows the property.

Getting the home ready

The hour before the photographer arrives makes more difference to listing photos than anything done in editing. Send this to the seller:

  • Every light on — lamps, pendants, under-cabinet lights — and every blind open.
  • Kitchen and bathroom counters cleared: no soap, sponges, towels, or small appliances.
  • Cars out of the driveway and, if possible, off the street in front of the house.
  • Toilet lids down, cords tucked away, and bins out of sight.
  • Personal photos, mail, and anything with a name or address put away.
  • Pets, beds, bowls, and toys out of frame for the hour of the shoot.

Questions

Do you photograph listings without video?

Yes. Listing photography can be booked on its own, or together with a listing film when you want both.

Can I book real estate photos and video together?

Yes. Booked together, the photos and the film come from the same studio and are edited to one look, and the stills pulled from the film come with it as well.

Do you take drone photos of the property?

Yes. Aerial photos are flown by an FAA Part 107 certified pilot, which commercial drone work requires. Much of central Vancouver sits close to Portland International's controlled airspace, so some flights also need FAA authorization before takeoff — part of planning the shoot.

Can you photograph an occupied home?

Yes. Occupied and tenant-occupied homes are photographed as they are, and the prep list above is what makes the biggest difference to the result.

How is real estate photography priced?

Each property is quoted from its address and a few details: size, layout, and whether you want photos alone or with a film. Send the address and we will come back with a quote.

Where do you photograph?

Across Vancouver, Camas, Washougal, Ridgefield, Battle Ground, and the rest of Clark County, and over the river in Portland, Lake Oswego, Beaverton, and Happy Valley.
