Construction and development video for builders and developers.
Progress documentation, marketing films for spec inventory and pre-sales, and buildout visualization that starts before ground breaks — for home builders, residential and multifamily developers, and construction companies across Vancouver WA, Clark County, and the Portland metro.
What we film
Three jobs, often on the same project, often over a year or more.
Marketing spec inventory and pre-sales
Finished homes, model homes, and completed commercial space, cut for the campaign that has to sell them. The film does the walkthrough for every buyer who cannot get to the site this week.
Progress documentation
Scheduled visits through the build, cut into short updates as you go. What ends up on your site, in a leasing campaign, and in the deck that goes to whoever is funding it.
Buildout visualization
Plans, elevations, and a bare lot become a walkable finished home on screen — siding, glazing, landscaping, and light. Marketing that starts before there is anything to photograph.
Progress documentation
A filmmaker at the milestones — not a camera bolted to a pole.
A fixed time-lapse camera gives you one angle, every day, forever, and a compressed clip of a building appearing. That is a record, and it is genuinely useful for disputes and schedule tracking.
It is not marketing. We come to site at the milestones that matter, shoot from the air and the ground, and cut it into something that goes in a leasing campaign, on your website, or in front of whoever is funding the project. Different product, different problem — and the search results tend to blur the two.
Buildout visualization
Bring drawings, a rendering set, or footage of the existing structure. We work from whatever you already have.
See the finished vision
Turn plans or an empty lot into a clear preview of how the finished home, materials, landscaping, and lighting will come together.
One plan, many finishes
The same floor plan rendered in three palettes. Show a buyer their package instead of describing it, and keep the upgrade conversation visual.
Remodels and additions
Film the house as it stands today, then show the wall gone, the kitchen rebuilt, the ADU standing in the yard — same address, same framing.
Phase-by-phase libraries
Multi-phase communities shot and built out as one consistent library you can draw from for months of marketing, not one campaign.
Who it's for
Home builders
Spec inventory, model homes, and the film that carries a plan a buyer cannot walk yet.
Residential developers
New communities marketed as one library rather than a shoot per phase.
Multifamily developers
Lease-up campaigns, amenity coverage, and progress that stakeholders can actually see.
Construction companies
Documentation of the build itself — the work that wins the next bid.
Commercial property
Office, industrial, and retail space filmed for the listing or the tenant.
Architecture and design firms
Finished work filmed the way it was drawn, for portfolios and awards submissions.

Questions
How is this different from a construction time-lapse camera?
A fixed camera on a pole gives you one angle, every day, forever, and a compressed clip of a building appearing. That is a record. We send a filmmaker at the milestones that matter, with aerial and ground coverage, and cut it into something you can put in a campaign or an investor update. Different product, different price, and they solve different problems.
How often do you visit during a build?
On your schedule rather than a fixed interval — foundation, framing, dry-in, finish, and whatever else the project treats as a milestone. Multi-phase communities are usually planned as a run of visits rather than booked one at a time.
Can you show a home before it is built?
Yes. Bring drawings, a rendering set, or footage of the existing structure and we work from whatever you already have. Plans and a bare lot become a walkable finished home on screen, with materials, landscaping, and lighting.
Can we use the footage for investor and stakeholder updates?
That is one of the main reasons developers commission it. A stakeholder who cannot visit the site gets a two-minute cut instead of a paragraph and a photograph.
Do you work on commercial projects as well as residential?
Yes — office, industrial, retail, and mixed-use, alongside residential and multifamily.
How is builder work priced?
Per project or retained, not per listing. Most of it runs longer than a single shoot, and a community shot over a year should look consistent from the first phase to the last. Call and we will scope it against the actual schedule.
Tell us about the project. We'll scope it properly.
The site, the schedule, and what you need it for. Recent builder and development work is available on request.
