Where we film: Clark County and the Portland metro.
Based in Vancouver, Washington, the studio films listings, builds, and commercial property on location in 18 towns across Clark County and the Portland metro, and travels further for developments and luxury properties. Below is every town, how far it is from Vancouver, and what the FAA's maps say about flying a drone there.
Clark County, Washington
Home ground. Downtown Vancouver sits beside Pearson Field, the one place in the service area where the FAA's automatic system won't approve a drone flight, so those requests go in by hand and early.
| Town | From Vancouver | Drone airspace (FAA) |
|---|---|---|
| Vancouver, WA Clark County | Home base | Pearson Field (VUO): requested from the FAA by hand |
| Camas, WA Clark County | 14 mi | Portland-Troutdale (TTD): automatic up to 300 ft |
| Washougal, WA Clark County | 16 mi | Portland-Troutdale (TTD): automatic up to 200 ft |
| Ridgefield, WA Clark County | 13 mi | No authorization needed |
| Battle Ground, WA Clark County | 13 mi | No authorization needed |
Portland metro, Oregon
Across the Columbia, from the city to its suburbs. Most of the metro is outside controlled airspace at drone altitudes. The exceptions sit near the airports: north and northeast Portland by PDX, and Gresham, Hillsboro, and Wilsonville. More on the city itself: real estate video in Portland.

Drone airspace from the FAA's UAS Facility Maps at one point in each town, checked October 2026. Ceilings change from block to block and the maps are updated, so every address is checked again before the shoot. Distances are straight lines from downtown Vancouver, not drive times.
What we film, in every town
Questions
Which towns do you cover?
Vancouver, Camas, Washougal, Ridgefield, and Battle Ground in Clark County, Washington, and Portland, Gresham, Beaverton, Hillsboro, Tigard, Tualatin, Sherwood, Lake Oswego, West Linn, Oregon City, Happy Valley, Milwaukie, and Wilsonville in the Portland metro, Oregon.
Do you film outside these towns?
Yes. Travel beyond the Portland metro is available for developments and luxury properties, quoted up front rather than added afterwards.
Where do you need FAA approval to fly a drone?
On the FAA's maps, the centers of Vancouver, Camas, Washougal, Gresham, Hillsboro, and Wilsonville sit inside controlled airspace, as do the parts of Portland near PDX, so a commercial drone flight there needs FAA authorization first; we request it before the shoot. Beside Pearson Field in downtown Vancouver the FAA's automatic system does not approve flights, so that request goes in by hand and further ahead.
Is there a studio to visit?
No. The studio films on location at the property or the site; there is no studio or storefront to visit.
