Staged films ship with the as-filmed version in the same delivery. That is deliberate: disclosure rules vary by MLS and by brokerage, and most expect digitally altered media to be identified. Having the original in the same folder makes that a one-line note rather than a phone call.

It does not change the property
Walls, windows, ceiling height, and layout stay exactly as filmed. Staging adds furniture; it does not remove a support column or move a doorway.
The buyer still walks an empty house
Staging sells the showing, not the house. It gets more people through the door and gives them a frame of reference once they are inside.
Some rooms gain more than others
A large empty living room gains a lot. A bathroom gains almost nothing. We will tell you which rooms are worth staging rather than quoting all of them.

Is virtual staging allowed on the MLS?
Disclosure rules vary by MLS and by brokerage, and most require that digitally altered images are identified as such. We deliver the staged and the as-filmed cut in the same package specifically so you can disclose easily and always have the original to hand. Check your own brokerage and MLS guidance for the exact wording they expect.
Will it look fake?
Judge that from the comparison above rather than from an adjective. The real room structure is preserved and the lighting is matched to the footage, which is what usually gives cheaper staging away.
How is it priced?
Quoted by the room, as part of the film rather than as a separate product. Traditional staging runs $1,500 to $5,000 for the first month on a single home, plus a monthly fee for as long as the listing sits — this is a fraction of that, with nothing to rent, move, or put back.
Can you restage the same property differently?
Yes, and without a second shoot. The same rooms can be styled for a different buyer, or the same floor plan shown in more than one package.
What about a home that is occupied but dated?
