AI video staging · 0:51

AI video staging: before and after.

A new-construction home, filmed once and delivered two ways. The as-filmed cut is the house exactly as it stood on shoot day: finished, empty, and in daylight. The staged cut is the same footage after AI video staging.

The furniture holds its place as the camera moves through each room, and nothing structural changes. Both cuts are part of the delivery, so the as-filmed version is always on hand for disclosure.
