New-build duplex: one listing, start to finish.
This is what one property gets delivered as: a listing film just under a minute long that comes in from the air, walks through the rooms a buyer asks about, and goes back out at twilight.
It was shot for the listing of a new-build duplex, and it is the same kind of film agents book for listings across Vancouver, Clark County, and the Portland metro: aerials, interiors, exteriors, and a twilight return, cut into one film.
